Sue brings 14 years of experience in the field of complementary health and healing along with her own self-growth process to guide others towards living a more healthful and heartful live.

From time to time, Sue delivers a series of workshops where each one has a different theme, eg:-

  • Freedom - Letting Go Of All That Limits & Holds You Back
  • Self-Care - Learning To Prioritise What YOU Really Need

But all include elements of:-

  • Kinesiology Balancing
  • Energy Healing/Clearing
  • Self-reflection
  • Self-help Techniques you can use at home
  • Introduction to tools (such as essential oils and flower essences) to support your process
  • Relaxation/Guided Meditation
